I think I understand bass ebonics. I also hear things like the biscuit drop. I've also picked up things like that from people like Joe Osborne, who does this octave drop that utilizes the 5 below the octave before he hits the octave and again before he hits the root. Kind of a "duh-DAH-duh-dum" sound, or "five-octave-five-root". Cool stuff, thanks for tip on the Temps tune, I will hunt for it.
